WHO WE ARE

Fabrice Boutain, Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer of Anxa Ltd., Fabrice Boutain he is mainly in charge of developing new markets and maintaining partner relations. A graduate of the INSEEC - European Business School (Institute of Economic Studies with specialization into Entrepreneurship), Fabrice is well known throughout the French Internet industry as a pioneer and first mover.

After selling his first successful Internet venture, PageFrance, to the Lycos group in January 2000, he took two years off to spend time with his family and two children who were born in 2001 and 2003.

In addition to his full-time role as CEO with Anxa Ltd., which he founded with his partners in 2003, Fabrice continues his involvement in other exciting Internet startups as a business angel and investor with more than 15 investments to date.

Phil Monteiro da Rocha, Chief Operations Officer

Philippe Monteiro da Rocha graduated from the Institut Français de Presse (French Press Institute), had a long career as editor-in-chief for magazines (L’Equipe Magazine), and had also worked for radio (RMC) and television (M6, Arte) stations while specializing in managing and integrating interactive content. Through Pearson Education, he was able to publish two works focusing on Internet market strategies in 1999 and 2001. As Content Manager for Anxa, he is mainly in charge of developing and launching new products and services.


Christophe Boutain, Chief Technical Officer

Christophe Boutain is currently the company’s Chief Technical Officer, specializing on database management and XML language. In 1997, he co-founded PageFrance, an online promotion company that recruits qualified prospects on the Internet and develops value chains via automated sites. A graduate of ENSI, he earned his degrees in mathematics and technology. He is in charge of developing new applications and managing the technical team based in Asia.


Francis Oudart, Chief Financial Officer

Francis Oudart runs the company’s financial operations. This experienced senior accounting consultant has been brought on as a result of his broad expertise in Chinese, Asian, and European markets. With his own company, he developed Asia-based production processes in the luxury goods market. Mr. Oudart is also in charge of exploring the various opportunities for company merger as well as acquisition deals.
