Anxa is a developer and editor of Interactive Services in the fields of Personal Improvement and Knowledge Entertainment. The company was incorporated on July 6, 2001 in Hong Kong and London. Anxa is now the European leader in Personal Improvement and Knowledge Entertainment providing both Internet, mobile, and interactive TV operators with proven business solutions and their users with entertaining personal improvement programs.
Users can access Anxa’s services through a variety of communication devices, on the PC, mobile phone, PDA or television, and by telephone using i-Mode and WAP. Different applications are distributed on all these platforms using a single database.
Anxa solutions comprise:
- games and tests to compare yourself with the average population;
- personalized reports to know yourself better (strengths, weaknesses, etc.);
- personal improvement e-books to improve yourself faster.
Anxa leverages marketing and technical expertise from professionals with backgrounds as varied as trading, television and communications. This combination of skills is rapidly propelling Anxa as Europe's leader in IPE value-added content.

Fabrice Boutain, General Manager
32-year old Fabrice Boutain started his first business seven years ago. A graduate of the INSEEC, he had worked in a raw materials trading company in China and in Southeast Asia for four years. He discovered the Internet in Hong Kong in 1996, and co-founded his first start-up company, PageFrance, in early 1997 (the company has since been sold to the Lycos group in January 2000). As the current overall head of Anxa Limited, a company based in London and Hong Kong, he is mainly in charge of developing new markets for the business.

Phil Monteiro da Rocha, Content Manager
Phil Monteiro da Rocha, 35 years old and a graduate of the Institut Français de Presse (French Press Institute), had a long career as editor-in-chief for magazines (L’Equipe Magazine), and had also worked for radio (RMC) and television (M6, Arte) stations. He specializes in managing and integrating interactive content. Through Pearson Education, he was able to publish two works focusing on Internet market strategies in 1999 and 2001. As Content Manager for Anxa, he is mainly in charge of developing and launching new products and services.

Christophe Boutain, Technical Manager
30-year old Christophe Boutain is currently the company’s Technical Manager, specializing on database management and XML language. In 1997, he co-founded PageFrance, an online promotion company that recruits qualified prospects on the Internet and develops value chains via automated sites. A graduate of ENSI, he has a good mastery of mathematics and technology. He is in charge of developing new applications and managing the technical team based in Asia, in France and in Quebec (Canada).

Francis Oudart, Financial Director
Francis Oudart, 50, is currently running the company’s financial operations. This experienced senior accounting consultant has been brought on
as a result of his broad expertise in Chinese, Asian and European markets. With his own company, he developed
Asia-based production processes in the luxury goods market.
Mr Oudart will also be in charge of exploring various opportunities for company merger as well as acquisition deals.

Howard Silverfarb, Senior Consultant
Mr. Silverfarb has been an experienced advisor to Fortune 500 companies in the U.S., Europe and Asia for over 35 years. Mr. Silverfarb's career has encompassed top management positions in Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Hay Management Consultants, Alexander Consulting Group, Lehman
Brothers and E.F. Hutton. He has spent the last 30 years living and working in Asia, Europe and Africa while specializing in strategy and organizational consultancy. Most recently, he has applied his expertise to on-line and
Internet companies, and has been actively involved in Anxa's rapid growth and its market/product diversification. Now based in South-East Asia,
Mr. Silverfarb is mainly charged with providing strategic focus and enhancing the company's organizational effectiveness. In addition, as an American, Mr. Silverfarb helps build and exploit Anxa's U.S. partnerships, which include telecommunications, ISP, portal and commercial Internet companies.
