How Premium Tests Are Developed?
Anxa’s mission is to provide the general public, in a very accessible format and price, personal improvement services which, to this day, were only accessible to selective audiences.
All premium tests offered are exclusive to Anxa. Each premium test focuses on a specific field of personal improvement and aims to provide its users with relevant tools to:
- Evaluate their performance and gain greater knowledge in a specific field of interest (intelligence, personality, general knowledge, love life, etc.);
- Compare themselves to other users and to the rest of the population in that discipline;
- Benefit from personalized advice and practical solutions to overcome their weaknesses.
Anxa’s Content Board designs simultaneously, all premium tests in French and English. The Board includes six professional experts in the complimentary fields of psychology, emotional intelligence, culture, career management, sexology and communication.
These experts, two of whom are Anxa partners, include:
- Jean Dubreuil, PhD., who holds a Doctorate in Psychology and a Masters in Hypnosis and NLP.
- Francis Oudart, PhD., who holds a Doctorate in Marketing and specializes in commercial psychology.
- Howard Silverfarb, a graduate of the University of New York specializes in human resources. A management consultant, his work has included positions at Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Alexander Consulting Group, Lehman Brothers and Banque Nationale de Paris.
- Jean-Claude Boutain, a teacher and a member of the French Board of Education (Éducation Nationale).
- Philippe Monteiro da Rocha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and is author of two books edited by Pearson Education.
- François-Xavier Groleau holds a DESS and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International and European Law.
The development of each premium test follows four distinct stages:
- Each test is developed by Anxa’s Project Director in consultation with members of the Content Board who evaluate the test in-house to identify and correct any major incongruities. The structure and content of each test are reviewed and approved under a validation process, which takes between 10-15 weeks.
- The test is then evaluated by a panel of 1,000 users, representative of the customer target group in the calculation of a relevant sample result and to improve operational performance.
- The test is placed online on ten Internet sites and launched to the public to develop and fine-tune the service’s marketing approach.
- The test is then officially launched to Anxa’s regular partners, which include ISPs, Internet portals and mobile telephone operators.
Anxa provides powerful personal evaluation tools to individuals interested in their personal development. Despite serious efforts in the development of Anxa services, certifying the validity of premium tests on the Internet or mobile telephones is not yet possible. Intelligence or knowledge tests must be carried out under the direct supervision of professionals. Therefore it is impossible today for Anxa to guarantee each candidate’s identity and to verify whether the same individuals are not taking the test several times over under different aliases.
Anxa advises that any individuals who eagerly wish to gain further knowledge about themselves to consult experts and take controlled tests under their supervision.
